5) My boys will get to hang out with their great-grandfather this 4th of July. It is extra cool because for our last name, my grandfather had 4 brothers and a sister. Out of my grandfather and all of his brothers, my boys are the only ones who will continue on the last name. It is also the line that can be traced back to before the revolutionary war.

3. Can't remember big blocks of time on Saturday due to medication I took night before which is known for causing Anterograde Amnesia. I have been taking this drug more frequently lately (every 3 days instead of 4-5) in order to ease the elevated and constant state of agitation I’m in, and to ease the relentless racing thoughts at night, but forgetting everything is a terrible side effect.

2. Can't find my "sleep data" calendar which contains a lot of notes on things I was doing, January-April. (See #3 above). For a guy with terrible short term memory problems, losing this is detrimental. This calendar to me is like the tattoos and notes that Guy Pierce’s character keeps posted to the wall in the movie “Memento”

1. Daughter is "restricting" again and has lost 13 pounds in 6 weeks. She may have to be readmitted at the clinic. I have noticed a huge deterioration in her state of mind and general mood over those past six weeks. Early March already seems like 6 months ago now.
