I've started some beef minestrone soup for tonight. Couldn't find a recipe I liked. So I'm calling it "minestrone mélange." What ever is in the house ended up in the mélange. It's looking more like stew than soup. Whatta ya gonna do? :-| :not:
You should make my Italian wedding soup. It's super tasty. I made it on Saturday with some fresh baked herbed cheese bread
