Do you make your own spaetzle? I bought a spaetzle maker a few years ago, but find the process a little tedious.

I have made my own spaetzle on several occasions, but as you note it's kind of time consuming. Typically, I buy Bechtle spaetzle from the local grocery store or World Market.

I have P&Z tonight, so Hubby's eating leftovers. I'm also eating leftovers, just finishing off a variety of sides.

I do that too on occasion, but let's be honest, dinners made entirely from leftover side dishes tend to be lowest of the low.
