We are having grilled shrimp. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and a little lemon.I kinda want to grill something for dinner tonight. It's like 35 out but that isn't a show stopper.

Not as many "nooks and crannies" as what you get from a commercial muffin...but tasty none the less.Show a pic with one cut open. Wanna see how the crumb developed.
That's the part we've not been able to achieve yet. They taste and look just like a classic English muffin, but the texture more resembles the grocery store brand than classic Bay's English Muffins (which set the standard in my book)Not as many "nooks and crannies" as what you get from a commercial muffin...but tasty none the less.
Bays are my preferred commercial brand as well. That's the part we've not been able to achieve yet. They taste and look just like a classic English muffin, but the texture more resembles the grocery store brand than classic Bay's English Muffins (which set the standard in my book)

Back in the office after being out (including weekends) for 10 days and thankfully I only have 69 emails from the outside. Half will will likely be from our permitting software. I have not had the courage to open yet.I have received 0 emails since 8:01 this morning & I'm not complaining.
When I return to the office it will be after 3 weeks off. Kinda scared of my email. 😳Back in the office after being out (including weekends) for 10 days and thankfully I only have 69 emails from the outside. They're easy to make. Get some rings or cut both ends from cans that are the size you need.I want to learn how to make English muffins.

Ooh, good suggestion. Kinda forgot that you would need something to make them a uniform shape. 😁They're easy to make. Get some rings or cut both ends from cans that are the size you need.

Just had a convo with my newly aged 18 y.o. yesterday (and his b-day) about battleships and how they are outdated. The sea is now ruled from the air and what is underneath the waves. No need to hurl an 18.1" shell 25 miles (Japanese was the largest) any any target with the air and missile/rocket technology we have. The British had an 18" in WWI, the Germans had a 21" in development in the late 1930s but never deployed. Largest US deployed was 16" but had an 18" under consideration.Submarines named after the battleships of December 7th

Oklahoma (SSN-802)
Arizona (SSN-803)
Tennessee (SSBN-734)
