Every once in a while we'll be watching some British show or movie and I'll need subtitles because they're accents are so thick that I miss too much. It's more so a problem in comedies than action/dramas because in most dramatic stuff, things move slow enough that I can keep up easily just based on context but with comedy, especially dialogue-heavy ones, I often miss little things in the jokes because of mumbling or accents so I like to turn them on.

I also have Hulu set to automatically show subtitles for a few moments when I rewind. There are many times I'll be watching a show and they'll make a joke and I hear it alright but don't often believe my ears that they just said that so I like to be able to rewind and confirm that they did indeed go there!

We started Task last night.

Still have the final episode of Black Rabbit to finish.

Saw an article about the upcoming new Stargate show (concept only - no actors, dates, etc). I'll watch that when it comes out.

I'm two episodes into both of these - Task is waaaaaay too slow-paced (and Mark Ruffalo is just annoying in this particular role). Black Rabbit (so far) is really good, but borderline exhausting to watch - I can only handle one episode per night.
