I'm going to start with some barbecued chicken.

In all seriousness, we tend to do an East Carolina BBQ or Grilled Buffalo wings.

Time for that proper low-n-slow smoked Central Texas brisket (we look down our noses even at other Texas BBQ 'round here)

What kind of beer? How is the slaw made?

I'm going to wander out to the back garden and pick a few ears of bicolor corn and toss them on the grill. There's plenty of butter and salt and pepper on the table, and those cute little corn holders too.
