Now I know for sure that you have no secret origins in the New York Metro Area. Most folks there pronounce it "dint". Educated people, too! Even Noam Chomsky** does it when he thinks nobody's noticing.:D

Haha, that is interesting, I actually got caught up on whether I wanted to go with didn't or did not but I decided that didn't was clearly two syllables... I guess not to everybody!

My weekend will be ten days long. Some highlights (in no particular order):

Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes
A few nights at a hotel with an indoor water park
Fantasy football league auction
Spending time at beaches along Lake Huron and Lake Michigan
BBQ (multiple times)
Take my daughter to her first day of the school year
Run a very hilly 30k
A local festival on Labor Day and the opening of the cider mill
