A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I were driving through Sacramento and passed the old Wonder Bread factory on CA-160. I remember getting a tour of that place when I was about seven or eight.
Anyway, she said. "The Wonder factory is now a storage facility. That's sad!"
"No, not really," I replied. "That's a great adaptive reuse for the building. Storage fits right in with the neighborhood and surroundings."
(I got "the look.")
What do you think--is this a good adaptive reuse?
Note: Wifey is not a planner and does not have "planner brain" always on like me.
