1. Im hungover
2. I wasnt supposed to work today but I came in anyway in the afternoon to tie up loose ends, gotta show my dedication. I hope I can get up at 7am on Monday to get a grand slam bacon breakfast before work.
3. I need a hair of the dog
4. McGill's school of continuing ed is Jerking me around with giving me testing results, I need them for my immigration application, and they have them but are being f**ks.
5. I saw a really cute Tabby Cat yestreday but it was wearing a collar so I couldnt take it home with me and have a new pet.
 
1. I'm not hungover
2. I'm kinda hyped about Junior's entrepreneurial endeavor tomorrow
3. Marshlands are good places for birds to live
4. We've been watching season 5 of Longmire but are trying to spread them out a little
5. I will watch Game of Thrones when the show is completely done and not until then
 
1. For some reason, our customer service people don't like to answer the phones
2. Its wet & rainy here, but not because of Matthew (yet)
3. I think The Girl's match will be cancelled tomorrow
4. Had Mexican food for lunch & not its repeating
5. I want to go home & flop on the sofa
 
1) Had a bad headache all morning, but stayed at work due to deadlines
2) Had to bail about lunchtime due to other physical issues
3) Came home and took over an hour to relax enough to sleep
4) Worth it, though - 4 hours later and it's just a minor headache
5) Managed to not go the other way into full-blown migraine - but it was close!
 
1) Rain! And of course, I have to go out in it
2) Updating spreadsheets today - whee
3) No big plans this weekend, so I will try to catch up on sleep
4) What's that smell? Oh, someone's burnt food +o(
5) Anyone else ready for 5:00??
 
1. Lots of potential fun autumn family activities available this weekend but no dependable car available. :(

3. I hear 70 degree temps may happen next week

5. Junior scored two dog-walking gigs but one backed out
 
1) I am exhausted today. Mentally and physically.
2) I might get a new cell phone tonight. My current iPhone will not hold a charge and will not sustain an hour of use if the screen is illuminated. I might go android.
3) I had a big lunch today, which is making staying awake a bit difficult.
4) There is a bulldozer on a vacant lot on my street. I will take that as a good sign for more neighbors.
5) The traffic has been crazy the past several days. I am not sure what is going on, but it has been unusually congested.
 
1. Did a little walking in downtown this morning to check on a project
2. At lunch today I was talking to a CM from another town, I could have 2 side projects if I want them - but not going to do it
3. Rode around with the DOT guy for an hour this afternoon talking about a couple projects - that was different
4. Very good friend's b-day is today. Mrs. P is supposed to be coordinating something with them for tonight
5. The Girl has matches both Sat & Sun this weekend
 
1. My house has power!
2. We don't have to evacuate.
3. I can go to the grocery store again.
4. It's almost 5.

1. Came back from lunch & there was a message. They left no name or number but wanted me to call them back.

4. I want a hot tub but there's not a good place to put it at our house
5. Big Halloween thing this Saturday downtown. Y'all come.
 
1) Staff meeting thos morning was painless - I like them that way.
2) Rushed to get to an interview, and then they started late.
3) Rushed back to office for a meeting, that started early.
4) Have a mandatory relaxing with the coworkers thing tonight.

2. Funny how humans gravitate to extremes in life so often. Wonder why?
3. It's Thanksgiving season, time to think of things to be grateful for
4. I know one thing - the election will be over in a few days

1) I am in the process of making a two stage hot sauce. I blended habaneros with white vinegar and lime juice. I am letting it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours and I will add the rest of the ingredients (garlic, onion, and olive oil) later today.
2) It was warm enough yesterday that I had to turn the AC on for a few hours. I think I am going to get a couple of box fans to help circulate air from outside to inside.
3) I need a new mouse pad.
4) I have almost no plans this weekend. I think I am going to design a new loft bed for miniskis and maybe start building it. He wants a desk under it with LED lighting and a book shelf.
5) Nick Offerman is way cooler as a woodworker than he is as a governmental employee.

3. We don't get a day off for Veteran's Day
4. Baseball season is over & Mrs. P is happy

1. Traffic win! I worked from home the past two days because I had meetings that in a place that's closer to home than home is to the office.
2. I had lunch with a coworker and two former coworkers - perfect company.
3. Someone at another agency is making me mad, and it's time for me to talk to her about it.
4. I'm kind of sad when the ice cream shops close for winter; I don't go to ice cream shops often, but like the warm weather that they symbolize.
5. My town had "Ladys" night last night. The public works guys can't spell well, but they sure can plow snow.
 
1. Hog farm handled, it'll blow up later.
2. Salvage yard handled, it'll become a code violation later.
3. Kennel handled, it'll become a head ache of a public hearing later.
4. I hope the interview next week goes well.

1. Received good news on a project yesterday. Very nice & unexpected.
2. Mrs. P & I have an anniversary on Sunday. I just remembered it.
3. Starting to pull out old CDs and listen to them in the car. I need a box to put the ones I don't want anymore.

5. I've not been told what we are doing for Thanksgiving with the in-laws. That will probably come on Tuesday or Wednesday.
 
1) Cold front arrived. It will be nice to actually have temps correspond with the season.
2) Friday! That means staff meeting and end of day cleaning up the emails.
3) I have a couple of research projects on going. I like research. I like digging around to find out how we got ourselves into this mess/discussion/issue/solution.
4) Thanksgiving itself will be relatively quiet. Staying home, no visitors, cooking for 2 - so there will be football:unitedstates: watching and movie:wine: watching, but not necessarily by the same people.
5) What's the fastest way to get yourself knocked out of the running for employment? Drop a f-bomb:-c during your interview!

3. I'm expecting complete weirdness in my next big meeting.
4. Dressing up as a clown tomorrow to scare kids in a parade.

3) I don't know how I feel about this upcoming weekend. Weekend usually means Yeah! but it's going to be cold, 100% chance of rain, and I need to run a couple of not-fun errands.

5) I need to make one more Christmas gift, and then I'll be done. Yippee! Of course, packing and shipping remains . . .

2) I am wearing heavy socks with dress shoes today. If feels weird.

4) To not do because you don't know how is one thing, but to not do because you don't care is something altogether different.
5) Every year, the real meaning of christmas fades further and further into flashy marketing fog to the point where it becomes 'offensive' to some people. My kids don't even have Christmas concerts at school this year because someone complained some years back.

1. One of my best employees resigned; today's his last day and i think he regrets his decision.

3. This is Restaurant Week, and we have reservations for a place we've never tried.
4. I really need a long weekend after working a five-day week right after having worked two very short weeks.

There's renewed interest in these vehicles among collectors. The atypical body design evidently outshines its' numerous mechanical faults.
