I have that cookbook! I'm trying to make one of those recipes a week during winter.
 
A Lentiful microwave cup. Order online or buy at Whole Foods. Good filling lunch when you are short on time or forgot your lunch.

Did not commit the cardinal sin of reheating leftover salmon at the office today.... although I did consider it.
 
I finished up the remnants of the vegetable soup I made earlier this week and had the last piece of naan we had from some Indian food on Tuesday.


The vegetable soup was delicious (even our children agreed) but it was one of those things that I'll never be able to replicate because I followed no recipe at all and just used up a lot of odds and ends from the pantry and fridge to make it.
