More than a few flurries on this side of the state. On my way in to work this morning there was actually white out conditions in a few spots, especially while I was driving around some of the lakes. Thankfully none of it was actually sticking.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: I hate April in Michigan. It's easily my least favorite month of the year.
Same here... The wife pointed out that it's 73 and Sunny in Raleigh and asked if we can leave early.
It has now rained 48 out of the past 50 days in the Denver area. 48 OUT OF 50! April 24th is when this current weather pattern started and it seems like it's never going to let up. On the plus side, everything is very, very GREEN. Also, not much chance of wildfires happening this year, I suppose.
High in the mid sixties today, mid eighties tomorrow.
Not sure how much rain we got last night, but it resulted in flash flood warnings.
It will be about 10 degrees warmer today where I'm at, just 30 miles west of you. Gotta love the whole "cooler by the lake" thing!
It is cooler and raining today.
On a side note, with the warm water and abundant shark activity off the NC coast, I do worry that if we get a good hurricane this year, it might spawn a sharknado or two!
It's 97 degrees outside, but thank goodness the humidity is not where is could be...
Tomorrow night it is going to cool down to 68 degrees at night. I can almost guarantee my wife will ask to turn the heat on.
Today and tomorrow are upper 80's then back to the mid to upper 90's. I have to say despite my issues with the heat when I worked with Maister, I have been surprisingly comfortable here.
The apartment just replaced two palm trees that died. Apparently it wasn't the weather but the pool water that killed them. I can't believe I now live in a climate that can support palm trees!
Payback time:
For all you northerners who were buried under FEET of snow last winter, you can now laugh at us down south. Daily highs over 100*F, pushing 110 this weekend here in north Texas. Ugh. I hate this $%&^@.

We might actually get some rain here today.
North Texas ain't "down south"...
Compared to Michigan it is.
I was fantastic driving into work this morning. Windows down, sunroof open, and I was chilly.
