I am of the opinion that CCR is one of the most often overlooked and underrated bands out there. They were in fact one of the greatest American rock bands in an era that spawned more musical creativity and innovation than any other.

Born on the Bayou:
The guitar solo beginning at 1:30 is particularly notable, as it departs from the then super popular fashion of lightning fast solos with cascades of notes. No, Fogerty slow walks this one all the way through settling on perfect tonality accompanied with a groovin' walking base line.
Down on the Corner:
There are loads more. In fact, I don't think there's such a thing as a 'bad' CCR tune.
