Miscellaneous 🤷‍♀️ Teh Vague Thread

If it's where I think it is, there's sometimes a street vendor nearby selling food or beverages from a cart.

Are you sure it's a cart, or is it one of those driving thingies? I think I remember going there once a while back. It was decent I think, though I seem to distinctly remember there being something wrong with my food.

Right now I'm experiencing difficulties. What do you do in those types of situations?

This weekend we went camping at this place. My son caught some of those wiggling things in a pond. Not fish, but those other things. He met a girl and they caught stuff in the pond for most of the day. At one point she got mad at him and did that hair flip thing girls do. I told him he would see a lot of that in the coming years.

We ate some stuff that was in the ice chest.

Got bit by those bugs that bite. My skin is itchy. I need some of that cream for the itchiness, whatever it is called.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. You don't know what could happen.

I think that weak confidence in such a thing can result in some after effect. It reminds me a of an event which occured under somewhat similar circumstances--except for the things which were not similar. That is what seperates the two. But otherwise, they were mirror images of each occasion.

Ambiguity annoys me, like In that piece of paper, where it talks about what the geographical areas of part of the planet can do or not do and what the parent part of that geologic earth section says it can do.

Only, the conflicts are maddening.

So the little part can make its own methods of operating, unless and only if someone from that geographical unit transacts with another transactor in the general vicinity of said unit. But if he crosses the divider space and makes the exchange then the small planetary subsection is bound by the whimsical attributes of the sum of the smaller parts.

In so doing, the small geographical movers of something may actually be nearer and more superfluously held to account than further flung parts of less well regulated hinterland still in the sphere of orbit of the original local of creation for transaction.

With economies of great stretchy hugeness encompassing various numbers of local groupings and geographic reach, how can ANYTHING be judged to be under semi autonomous small geographic control unencumbered by the sum of other smaller parental divisions?

Or was that too specific? :6:

I think what we are seeing here is a demonstration of the Heisenberg Principle, which states that if a cat is in a box, and you open it, it may be dead or it may jump out and claw you in the face. This is related to the Jack-in-the-Box principle, whereby you may eat a hamburger that kills you, or you may catch e-coli.

In other words, once a particle's momentum is known, you cannot know its position, and vice-versa, meaning that the only way to know is not to know, or moreso that un-knowing is knowing, and that the unknown is all that one needs to know. Ipso facto, ignorance is the highest state of being.

How do I know this? Because I don't.

I've been thinking about it for quite a while now and I think I may do it. Has anyone here done it and can you give me a few pointers? Try to be specific.

This Bear HAS done it. It was quite interesting, although many consider it unethical and many lawyers would say it is not legal, unless of course you can get that one waiver.

The thing with doing that thing is that the other thing usually has to be done first, unless that other guy did his thing first, which negates the purpose.

I've got the waiver and the equipment but the timing may not be quite right. I'm inclined towards sidereal but solar may be adequate.

Speaking of balderdash.....

One hen

Two ducks

Three squawking geese

Four limerick oysters

Five corpulent porpoises

Six pair of Don Alverzo's tweezers

Seven thousand Macedonians in full battle array

Eight brass monkeys from the ancient sacred crypts of Egypt

Nine apathetic, sympathetic, diabetic, old men on roller skates with a marked propensity towards procrastination and sloth

Ten lyrical, spherical diabolical denizens of the deep who hall stall around the corner of the quo of the quay of the quivery, all at the same time.

I tried to go there but got lost. I think I was going in circles but it's hard to tell in the fog.

Yeah, I had one just like that, in a way, but it's gone now, I think, except for this, and the rest of it. Or was that yesterday the other day? Anyway, it always happens to me sometimes, like the other time. Remember?

See, here's the thing - if you keep doing things the same way it not only gets old hat quick but it makes you predictable. Try to keep 'em off balance by doing unexpected things once in a while. That'll keep them on their toes.

Would it be too much to ask you to stay on topic? You make it sound like this is all about ME.

Actually, this thread could have been created as a tribute to my general inability to recall movie titles, actor's names, and ...well, you know, stuff like that. Cuz I'm ....well, ya'll know.

[ot]No, the sin you're famous for is including wayyy more specificity and explanatory detail than mere mortals require. Kinda the opposite, really, of Teh Vague Thread.[/ot]
