October 11, 2019. The South Carolina State Museum in Columbia had one set up as part of their "life through the decades" exhibit. It was set up for free local calls, but, not knowing who to call locally, I called the front desk of the museum itself.

Yes, get Libby! I would neve in a million years have thought I would like reading on my phone so much, but I DO! I read a lot more this way. I usually have a book on Libby, a book on Hoopla (also through the library, more offerings) and a paper book I'll be reading at any given time. You'll like it!

That's OK. If I may: instead, read A Psalm for the Wild Born. The author is Becky Chambers. It's sci-fi, but very philosophic, soft sci-fi. Sort of Ray Bradbury-esque in a more modern and relatable way. Beautiful and interesting, I truly loved it. Very quick read as well. I think it should be on 9th grade required reading lists everywhere. We'd have a more thoughtful society.
