I'd say it qualifies as MCM as well. Did you know it was/is a real house? HGTV ended up buying it for 3.5 million dollars.

The Brady Bunch House: Then & Now

One of the most iconic TV homes of all time, the Brady family home was brought back to life in recent years by expert renovators (including Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott) and came back to our screens to attract the largest audience in HGTV history.

I would call that an MCM house, especially if the interior is as depicted on the show. That staircase was definitely MCM.
 
Surprisingly low price, for what and where it is. I'd expect to see a house like that sell for that price per square foot here in Fort Worth, but in the Chicago suburbs that seems very reasonable.
 
This gorgeous house not far south of me just came across my feed. It's nice to see it's been well maintained and/or restored in a way that didn't strip it of all its character in the interior. If this house were just a few miles further north, the price would probably be at least 2.5x what it's listed at.

This past weekend I ran down a dead end I haven't been on in probably a decade and saw a for sale sign in front of this beauty:

The interior is nice enough but the exterior and landscaping are fantastic!

Also, I always imagine that the majority of the furnishings in these MCM houses that are on the market are put there and arranged by professional stagers and photographers, but this house is one where I'd love to just come in and say, "Here's a check. Give me the house AND all the furniture!" :rofl:
 
I love all the northern mid century houses. They have windows. Down here the few we have do not have as many windows.

And you won't really be in the market anyways as you'll get a beach house in the estate.
