We're experiencing significant growth right now. We've gone from a slow growth community to booming post Covid. This has lead to a ton of new single family growth and lots of townhome and multi-family projects getting approved. Trying to get a handle on everything. To this point everything seems to be absorbed, but worried about projects in the queue.
Have you ever hired a consultant to do a housing study?
Have you ever tried to do one in house? Is that even possible?
Any other ways besides moratoriums to prevent overbuilding or manage growth better?
