With my wedding day fast approaching (Jan 6th) I need to start the final tasks of being a groom. I have a gift for my bride in mind and the wedding is all but finalized. However, I DO have to get my groomsmen and best man something. My best man should get something really nice since he's all but paying for my bachelor's party tonight at the Wachovia Center to watch the Rangers and Flyers duke it out from a skybox with food and liquor (eat your heart out Mskis). I don't want to go the whole liquor and cigar route. My party is all late 20 somethings who are mostly successful so I don't want to get some crappy engraved swag that will just get put in the drawer. I want to get something that will get use or they will enjoy.

I need suggestions please!

Do you want to thank them or remember the event? I did a mix of both i gave mine a small stainless steel swiss army knive and a gift certificate for their favorite restaurant that would more than cover for a meal for them and their family or guest. I felt the small knive was something all of them would use for some time and remember the event and the meal was a thankyou.

Brother in Law (Captain in the Army) did the army knife thing 3 years ago, can't exactly copy that. I'm looking for something unique but that guys would really want and not just toss in the corner.

I did matching watches for all the guys (to make sure I was on time), my wife did matching necklaces and earrings.

Ok I just ordered some sweet Fossil Watches. Black and Red faces, can switch between the two which ties in the Rutgers theme. Now for something else... hmm.

I have got to get better friends. Since I have not chosen who will be my best man, (or most of my grooms men) I have no idea what would be in store for the bachelor party. I know several of my friends had theirs at a camp in the up. It was ok the first time but got old after a while.

I have seen gifts ranging from engraved beer mugs, flasks, and pen-sets. But the best one that I have seen was custom painted beer steins with an ancestral crest for each of them painted on one side. Additionally, they each got a 6 of their favorite beer.
