2. I think most of the comedies of the early 2000's are quote machines.
3. I don't think that about many of the comedies these days.
4. Honestly, I can't think of the last comedy that I saw that was really funny.
5. Seeing Finding Neverland on Broadway. Should be good.
 
1. One of my favorite cheeses is dill Havarti
2. Won in court this morning. Feels good.
3. Car repair wasn't as expensive as I feared
4. I think one of my radio show directors may be pregnant. I hope not
5. This promises to be an average weekend.
 
1. Another light dusting of snow here this morning - all gone now, though...
2. Had a "checking-in" e-mail from a friend in Scotland waiting on me this morning - a pleasant way to start the day (despite the snow).
3. We have a good excuse for a nice lunch out tomorrow thanks to the in-laws planning on being over in this part of town
4. My new minion starts the week of the 23rd.
5. I am going to have to concentrate really hard on not introducing him as "my minion."

1. I don't think I could pick my favorite cheese. I would say though that smoked gouda is up on the list.
2. I have taken on more than anyone else at my place of employment. I am learning that my go-to spirit is going to kill me.
3. I am taking my taxes to my accountant today. I am not pleased with this.
4. I want a really nice steak. Or some pasta dish.
5. I don't like the word Emoji.

1. I'm getting a lot of pressure to get with the program & buy a smart phone.
2. I didn't like going from vinyl records and cassette tapes to CDs, either. :-$
3. I'd call myself a "late adopter" of technology rather than a Luddite.
4. The cost of a 4G plan, activation fees, add-ons, etc. seems exorbitant.
5. Is there a Wireless Plans (or Smart Phones) for Dummies book? ;)

4. Pizza & movie night tonight - although I might watch basketball in the other room
5. Yard work this weekend has become necessary. I might even buy a new tool to accomplish some of it.
 
1. Today is Fred Rogers' birthday; I was at the Rogers Center today for a workshop.
2. This long work week isn't over yet.
3. I'm meeting some folks for a bike ride after work tomorrow.
4. Two weeks until I see my daughter.
5. I came home to a house full of kids.
 
1. I would like some candy right now, but not if that means eating black licorice or a Slo-Poke
2. Junior managed to lose an envelope containing donations for charity he was collecting for. Some of the donations were checks:-cx|

5. I would like to prep the veggie gardens this weekend and set up the greenhouses but housework may interfere
 
1) I didn't get home from my night meeting until midnight, then back up at 5:30 this morning. I think I might leave early today to take a quality nap at lunch.
2) I am very proud of how my Commission handed a very controversial topic last night. Let's see how the press expresses the events.
3) The sun is out today... and it is COLD.
4) I think in the next two weeks, my house is going to be transformed into something awesome.
5) The development projections for the next few years for the City that I live in are amazing. There will be a housing deficit.

1. Spent my morning helping a doctor discuss possible design issues relating to a property he would like to purchase. It was interesting to learning about how delivery of healthcare is changing and impacting what services doctors provide.
2. It is webinar day.
3. My staff is very lazy some days and it is really becoming an issue.
4. Having rain and thunderstorms today.
5.Cannot wait to see what the weekend brings?...I have no plans right now!
 
1. Left work early to take a sick kid to the doctor.
2. Town is abuzz (no pun intended) because the school superintendent's daughter, who is health and phys ed teacher at the same school, was arrested for selling heroin.
3. Work tomorrow and baby shower on Sunday. The weekend's shot.
4. There was a police standoff near my mom's house this morning.
5. Honest, I live in a nice community.
 
1) Spent at least 3 hours last night trying to get all the water out of my basement. Nothing major was damaged but it did create quite the mess.
2) We have a 'group' meeting this morning with one of the more vocal seagulls. The CM, 2 council members, a member of the HDC and I. This will not be enjoyable but I think it is appropriate.
3) My house needs to be done date is moved to the 22nd now. Not really happy about that but we are just not ready.
4) I am looking forward to playing with a 50-foot bucket lift this weekend. It sounds like it will be sunny, warm, and dry. Perfect for finishing the exterior painting on the house.
5) This morning I learned that vegetation can absorb the nitrogen that is released into the atmosphere by lighting.
 
1. Time to get the garden started this weekend
2. I really should prepare my spring garden beds in the fall and then just kinda fluff things up right before sowing in the spring
3. I have not drank any beer for three days....not that that's a big deal, mind you
4. Just purchased DVD's of seasons 6-9 of "I Love Lucy" on Amazon yesterday
5. The phone has been oddly quiet this morning. I wonder why?
 
1. Sitting at a traffic light this morning I saw the wind blow a large yellow/greenish cloud out of a stand of pine trees. That's a lot of pollen
2. Back at the ballpark last night for the local minor league team opening night. Good times!
3. Last day of spring break for The Girl. She did not want to get up this morning for soccer camp (main reason were numbers 1 & 2 above)
4. I can't decide to replace 4 boards on the deck that need work or rip out and replace all of them
5. I have cenosillicaphobia and its okay.

3. Looks like beach_bum needs to pull her winter tights back out (zman too)
4. FA Cup Semifinals are this weekend @ Wembley - I would love to be there

1) Looks like more people are buying some of my stuff on Craig's list. We are also taking a load to donate tomorrow and bringing most of my larger tools (Table saw, band saw, router table) up to my inlaws house tomorrow.
2) I am looking forward to apartment living knowing that I will not have to worry about any repairs!
3) Our DPW director has worked for the City for 50 years... and he has no plans to retire any time soon.
4) The new guy will get a crash course in Historic Preservation. (Poor guy)
5) I believe that by the end of the day, I will be done with my kitchen stuff.

2. Jumped the broom.
3. 8 days until our cruise.
4. Wish I were still in Seattle.

1. Had a wild turkey (the bird, not the drink) run across the interstate in front of me a couple nights ago. He was a good size & could've caused damage.
2. Lumber facility in our area lost two buildings to fire this week. One of the buildings was their planer building which will take awhile to be replaced. They've been around a long time.

4. Bournemouth & Watford going up - I wonder who the 3rd is
5. Saw a recipe for tartiflette - it looks good
 
1) I'm the only planner in the office this afternoon
2) MIL is still here. I'm still drinking.
3) This weekend's weather should be great for taking MIL out and about
4) I really want to go shopping for something I don't need - like new clothes or jewelry
5) After this weekend it'll be back to normal at Sal's house!
 
I want to play this game!

1. I am relatively new to planning (just over a year).
2. I still have to paint the bathroom this weekend, but I would rather go to a seafood festival.
3. It is much harder to come up with 5 random things than I thought it would be.
4. My coworker chews ice- ALL DAY - I now understand what the term 'going postal' means.
5. It may be raining but its spring, so who cares?

I hope I did this right
 
1. Something odd about the tenor of this day. Like something is looming ominously on the horizon and may rear its ugly head today. I hope not.
2. I'm told we're having "crispy chicken" for dinner today. No, it's supposedly not fried chicken but is crispy nonetheless. Color me cautious.
3. I harvested a TON of asparagus this morning. Dang that stuff grows fast. Seriously, it must have grown nearly six inches in one day
4. Junior was talking about golf this evening but he may not realize there's rain in the forecast
5. Our administrative assistant has the day off today. She called me from home this morning to ask some gardening advice. I'm quite flattered.

2) Have new car fever!! Been test driving several possibilities.
3) Carmax offered me more for my car than I expected - SWEET! :D

1. My PD's last day is today. I will miss him. It has only been a week but I really have enjoyed working with him.
2. Have to finish moving out of my old villa this weekend and clean it.

4. I found the blender last night so I got to have my protein shake for breakfast...first day this week I actually feel like a normal person.
5. I cannot however find my jeans...and yes today is casual day.

3. Taking my sons to a family wedding tomorrow has already begun to spoil my fun. Those two can be disagreeable.
4. Youngest son graduates from high school next week.
5. Someone is building a modular home on the lot behind where I live. I'm going to keep an eye on it.

2) Came in late today (dr. appt) and still beat two other staff members in to the office.

1. Finally sold my 350Z after having it listed for a good 3 1/2 months.
2. Guess that means my transition to "family man" is almost complete.
3. Wife just got offered a big opportunity with her former employer.
4. This means if she took it we'd have to move back to AZ.
5. Wonder how my employer would take me asking to transfer back after 1 year?
6. Bonus: One way to find out. 8-!
