I'm currently conducting research in Ohio, Virginia, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. My research involves looking through municipal ordinances and codes for selected communities in these states. I have a lot of communities to do so I was wondering if anyone knows other online municipal ordinance/code clearinghouses, databases or hosting sites other than the following:

Municode
American Legal Publishing
Lexis Nexis
General Code/e-Code
Seattle Public Library
Conway Greene
Cyburbia Resource Directory

Thanks in advance for your help.

Contacting the municipality

I have found that after exausting those databases it is likely that either:
a) the municipality has the codes "hidden" on their own site, or
b) the codes are not available online or even digitally (though becoming less and less likely)
I have called a lot of municipalities after a long search. A quick e-mail/call asking how to obtain their zoning code has saved me time. We planners are generally a helpful bunch - if the code is available, we'll let you know.

Unfortunately, I don't know any in the areas you are requesting. But for future reference, one of the best databases I know is Municipal Research in WA State. But it's best for WA State/Northwest and Cali ordinances.
