Does your code require x number or percentage of stalls to be equipped with charging stations? Commercial lots in particular. Could apply to multi-family such as apartments, too.
 
The only thing we require is that if you provide electrical charging stations a percent of ADA spaces also needs to have charging stations.
 
We don't specify a number. We have some programs that make it happen at the local park-n-ride or city projects, but no requirement on the private end. Although we do have a lot of walmarts and big places putting in charging stations on their own. I believe there are also some state grants helping out too.
