Neofelis Nebulosa!!

Clouded Leopard's are like Mini-Jaguars from SE Asia who live mostly in trees and hunt birds and other small game. Unlike Jaguars, Clouded's are known to be very docile towards humans and there are no known documented cases of Clouded attacks let alone fatalities, on humans. Housecat sized, but pack a slightly bigger punch and are adapted to live in treetop habitats with their large tails for balance!

They are also endangered, and I steadfastly support their conservation! It is NOT recommended to keep a Clouded as a Pet unless you are a wildlife sanctuary or licensed rehabilitator, like any other non domestic Cat, they are illegal to possess in NYS.

Each one of those cats clearly deserves its own special recognition thread. Anxiously awaiting the ocelot appreciation thread.

The Clouded Leopards & Ocelots couldn't agree more! But as per WWF policy, Big Cat appreciation threads must be spaced at least one month apart!
