After a long hiatus the Death Pool is back for 2023! I'm going to change it up a little and add a point system to make it a little more competitive :axe::troll:

Everyone picks 10 celebrities or famous people and 1 alternate in case they kick the bucket before the New Year. Points will be awarded based on the age of the pick when they exit the land of the living.

Age 95+ will receive 25 points
Age 75-94 will receive 50 points
Age 60-74 will receive 75 points
Age 59 and lower will receive 100 points

A separate thread tracking deaths will be opened on New Years Day and points will be tallied quarterly. Please submit your picks by replying to this thread no later than 11:59pm on 12/31/2022.

The quarterly winner will receive Cyburbia bragging rights and the annual winner will receive bragging rights and a semi-fabulous as yet to be determined prize :ha:

You should always include a youngish candidate or two on the possibility of getting the 100 point wins. Based on his tv show persona and subject matter, I figure the guy has a horrible diet and lifestyle. Maybe that will catch up with him.
